The Moldman™ 4000 is ideal for prototyping and lower volume production quantities. This manually operated machine offers all the processing features needed to over-mold almost any type of circuit board, connector and strain relief.

The Moldman™ 4000 is equipped with our proprietary pressure control system. This system controls volume and pressure independent of each other providing the flexibility to over-mold complex circuit boards and connectors.

The Moldman™ 8200 machine is ideal for high volume manufacturing. Shuttle table function ensures very high production capacity. However, this machine can also be operated in “single station” mode.

The Moldman™ 8200 is equipped with our proprietary pressure control system. It features our unique direct nozzle engagement system to the upper mold half, exactly where you need it.

As an added benefit, Moldman™ 8200 melt units are interchangeable. This allows you to easily go from one compound to another or simply keep an extra melt unit as back-up.

Need more capacity, different type molding compounds, individual pressure control in separate cavities? No problem, simply add an extra melt unit. Yes, the Moldman™ 8200 can also run TWO melt units at the same time.

The HB-500 ESL handgun has been designed for sample manufacturing

Sample production may be simply and safely performed through the HB-500 ESL. Even larger shaped parts can be produced fast and problem-free.

The melting tank is integrated into the handgun. Interchangeable nozzle geometry allows the HB-500 ESL to be used in a broad variety of applications.

Accessories can make a complete workstation station system out of the HB-500 ESL.

The maximum processing temperature of 250°C allows the processing of all macromelt products.
